I attached two Toyota scissor jacks to the rear frame to level the trailer, I picked up a jack handle as well but find that the trailer is so light that I can turn the screws with my fingers without the handle.
The jack in the lowered position, trailer is still on blocks so I could get under to work on it.
Jack in the raised position and fastened to the frame. I don't like to drill a frame but since this was behind the mounting bracket I made an exception.
I used Toyota scissor jacks that I picked up at the auto wreckers.
The rivet holding the stock bracket to the top of the jack was drilled out.
A short length of angle iron was welded to the top of the jack to use as a mounting bracket.
This could be bolted to the jack through the rivet hole if a welder is not available.
